WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Warranty on items created by Pagan Papers

All items created by Pagan Papers are guranteed against defects from supplier's inventory. Every effort is made to create items exactly as ordered, but some variation in the printing process may, at times, create fluctuations in ink. Handmade papers are, by their nature, subject to variants.

Warranty on items made by other brands

Items made by companies other than Pagan Papers are covered by the warranty through their individual manufacturing companies. Please inquire as to their warranty. We are not responsible for the customer service of these manufacturing or importing companies.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, return the items within 7 days of purchase for your choice of a refund, reprint or credit.

Pagan Papers reserves the right to impose a 10% re-stocking fee at current prices on all resaleable items returned after 7 days from date of purchase.

No returns accepted on merchandise later than 30 days from date of original purchase.

You are responsible for the shipping and insurance.

You must provide all packaging material and a copy of your original receipt for items returned.
